There are 5 major food groups

There are 5 major food groups these are
-proteins
- fruit vegetable
- bread and cereal
- milk and milk products
- sugar and fats.
Sugar and fats are the least important because they are unhealthy. We should make sure that we choose to eat foods that come first four groups.
